PhD Candidate in Ocean Governance, University of Portsmouth Tegan Evans is a PhD candidate at the University of Portsmouth and a research assistant with Revolution Plastic. Her research focuses on transitions and transformations in ocean governance, the blue economy, plastic policy and governance. Before joining the University of Portsmouth in 2020, she completed a Master's in Marine Geography at Cardiff University researching the governance of offshore wind power in the Celtic Sea.
