David G. Cohen is Associate Professor and Chair in the Management and Business Department at Skidmore College.
David earned his JD from the University of Chicago and his PhD from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. After careers in both law and running a business, David returned to school to study strategic management.
At Skidmore, David teaches both the cornerstone and Capstone classes. David's research focuses on neoinstitutional and strategic processes, with a focus on middle management identity and strategic involvement. David also researches the implications for strategy of the shift to a post-industrial world.
David is currently chair of the Management and Business Department at Skidmore.
