According to Vaughn Schermerhorn, Amazon's director of community shopping, this AI-generated review feature is now accessible to a subset of mobile shoppers in the United States. The company plans to expand its availability to a wider customer base, covering a diverse selection of products, in the upcoming months based on valuable customer feedback.
As competition in generative AI intensifies among technology companies, Amazon has been actively seeking ways to employ artificial intelligence within its range of offerings.
