According to PACENation, PACE is a “simple and effective way to finance energy efficiency, renewable energy and water conservation upgrades to buildings. Through PACE, customers can pay for new heating and cooling systems, light improvement and solar panels, etc., for almost any property including homes, commercial, industrial, non-profit, etc.”
Specifically for its PACE clients, AmeriNat has deployed an innovative, proprietary servicing platform to manage payments from borrowers that are generated via individual assessments.
Through AmeriNat PACELink authorized client staff may now – in real time – view, print, and download all their program data via their own computers. AmeriNat PACELink also offers analytics ranging from standard reports to customizable data reported in multiple sorts, including program type, funding source, payments, delinquencies, bond issues and funding year, among others.
According to Adrienne Thorson, Chairwoman and CEO of AmeriNat, the company has carefully listened to its PACE clients who have requested on-demand reporting that satisfies the needs of multiple parties – public and private – that are involved with making PACE a valuable financing tool.
“We are excited to bring this powerful analytical tool to the industry,” Thorson added. “AmeriNat’s mission is to partner with its clients in program delivery, and PACELink provides one more important option to ensuring excellence in our clients’ operations.”
