PLEASANTON, CA, Dec. 15, 2017 -- Associa Northern California’s Geoffrey Browne was named Community Associations Institute (CAI) North Chapter’s 2018 president.
Mr. Browne is currently a vice president for Associa Northern California, where he is responsible for overseeing the management services division. He has more than 20 years of experience in management and the hospitality industry, including 17 years of experience in association management, focusing on master planned communities, large scale communities, active adult communities and condominiums. Mr. Browne has served as both a portfolio manager and an onsite manager, and his focus will continue to be centered on providing outstanding customer service and building strong client relationships.
Mr. Browne holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Guelph as well as CMCA® and AMS® designations.
Emily Ramirez, CMCA®, AMS®, CCAM®, a community director at Associa Northern California, will be stepping down as the 2017 CAI Bay Area Central Chapter president. Ms. Ramirez has served as a community association manager in the Bay Area for more than 13 years. She is currently overseeing the operations of a team in the Los Gatos office.
