It appears that Sally, Luck, Magna, Vanessa, and Charmy managed to outwit Reve and defeat her in chapter 185. Does this mean an all-new matchup will be featured in “Black Clover” chapter 186?
One of the speculated fights happening in “Black Clover” chapter 186 is between Asta and elf Gauche. It can be recalled that the manga series is currently on Arc 9 focused on the attack of the Eye of the Midnight Sun’s headquarters. It was later revealed that the elves had used a forbidden magic to reincarnate some of the Magic Knights and have elves possess their bodies.
So fans should not be shocked upon hearing the possibility of Gauche — a Black Bull member — fighting Asta in “Black Clover” chapter 186. In an earlier chapter in Arc 9, Gauche was revealed to be possessed by the elf named Droit.
Meanwhile, the appearance of Dorothy Unsworth (the real one) fighting that elf Reve who was currently controlling her body was a welcomed surprise in chapter 185. But it is also taken as a hint that more exciting fights are happening in the near future starting with “Black Clover” chapter 186.
Gauche was possessed by an elf in earlier episodes. The fans last saw him heading to the capital to wreak havoc. Since then, his fellow Black Bulls were determined to save him and get the real Gauche back. That might just be the endgame if he ends up fighting Asta in “Black Clover” chapter 186. However, their fight will likely end in future chapters.
Sally has proven how she can be valuable during intense fights like the one they had with Reve. While it was a 5 vs. 1 feat, fans must consider that fact that Reve trapped them in the Glamour World where she has all the advantages. But if not for Sally’s impeccable curiosity, they might have not figured out how to defeat Reve. Now, it is interesting how she will help in restoring other elf-possess bodies in “Black Clover” chapter 186. The next manga chapter is expected to arrive on Dec. 21, 2019.
