Cherwell Software Announces Executive Transition

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Jan. 10, 2018 --  Cherwell Software, LLC, a global leader in IT and enterprise service management solutions, announced today that Craig Harper is leaving the company to pursue other ventures. Harper, who joined the company in 2014 as head of sales, has served as CEO since September 2016. Until a replacement is named, the board has appointed a special operating subcommittee consisting of Vance Brown, co-founder, chairman of the board and former CEO; Vini Letteri, managing director at KKR; and Peter Segall, managing director at Insight Venture Partners.

“It has been an honor to work with Craig, who brought his industry expertise and professionalism to Cherwell,” said Vance Brown, Cherwell’s chairman of the board. “We thank him for his service and wish him the best of luck in the future.”

Cherwell’s existing executive management team will continue in their current roles.
