NEW YORK, Dec. 13, 2017 -- Digital Arts Media Network, Inc. (OTCMKTS:DATI), a specialized tech accelerator leveraging the Public Accelerator-Incubator (PAI) model, announced that the Company is in the process of onboarding four new tech startups displaying extremely strong upside opportunities – due to either solid revenues, $3M to $70+M in early-stage valuations, previous capital raises of $1M to $30M, completed ICOs, or a combination.
Ajene Watson, CEO of Digital Arts Media Network said, “We currently have just over 80 startups under review to determine suitability for our specialized accelerator platform. These startups have raised as much as $3M each (to-date), have at least two years of operations and are building exciting businesses. What gives us cause, however, to announce the possible addition of four particular startups, is their immediate and unique value proposition to the Company.”
Management is confident the Company will have the opportunity to use its entire suite of services with these particular startups. This will allow the Company to secure healthy equity stakes in each of these startups; significantly improving the equity portfolio value of Digital Arts Media Network.
Further, these startups have, or are in the process, of incorporating blockchain technology into their businesses and are exploring Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs), as an alternative capital raising method. A couple of these startups have successfully completed their ICO and currently trade on an exchange. Digital Arts Media Network will now have an opportunity to continue growing this crypto focus – an aspect of the mentorship / consultancy program that is quickly gaining traction.
Watson concluded, “We anticipate seeing more startups, like the four we are currently working diligently to onboard. We also believe our success in this onboarding process, will significantly grow our equity portfolio, while allowing our crypto portfolio to quickly take shape in a big way. Most important, we should potentially generate revenues as early as February 2018.”
