“Food Wars” Season 4 will continue on the Promotional Arc plotline and fans are excited to see the matchup between the Rebels and Central. The third season finale saw Soma defeating Nene in spectacular fashion, showcasing once again his unorthodox style of cooking. This places the Rebels one step ahead of central.
The second match will then proceed with Kuga and Tsukasa facing once again. It can be recalled that both these characters have already faced each other in the past. While Kuga is itching to get vengeance from his previous defeat, Tsukasa will reveal in “Food Wars” Season 4 that he doesn’t even remember going against Kuga.
This made the student want to outclass the Central cook even more. “Food Wars” Season 4 will have both these characters prepare a dish using green tea, chili peppers, and tuna as their ingredient. What’s more, they’ll be instructed that the dish should emphasize the taste and aroma of green tea.
It goes without saying that this is quite a challenge to overcome but Kuga and Tsukasa will try their best anyway. At the end of it, Tsukasa will win once more in what many will tout as a one-sided matchup. As such, both factions will have one win each and “Food Wars” Season 4 will proceed unto the third match.
Although the battles will undoubtedly capture the imagination of its audience, the final match is the most anticipated collision by the fans. In a rather unique but intriguing setup, the Rebels and Central will be tasked to pair themselves in two. The Rebels will be represented by Soma and Erin, while Rindo and Eishi will step in for Central. This two versus two match in “Food Wars” Season 4 will only have one single rule: to prepare a dish of their choice in true gourmet fashion.
To avoid giving out significant spoilers, readers should simply keep in mind that the result of this match will drastically alter the positions of most participants. As for the release date of “Food Wars” Season 4, it’s being speculated to come out sometime between July and September.
