Initial implementation of Fuel50 covered 22,000 employees in 62 countries. Results from the company’s pre-and post-Fuel50 pilot employee survey revealed that:
- The company achieved increases in all key career and development-related survey items, including significant gains of three points or more in six out of the 12 related survey items.
- Approximately 67 percent of the salaried employees have used the My Career Navigator tools and resources to help them with their career development
- Overall engagement in pilot increased 5 percent, while in the rest of the business it was 2 percent
- Meaningful conversations with my Leader improved 11 percent in pilot compared with 3 percent in the rest of the business
The event hosted presentations from esteemed executives at Gap Inc., eBay, Indeed and Mercer, as well as a keynote address from renowned thought-leader Josh Bersin, Principal and Founder, Bersin by Deloitte. The discussions included key learnings and stories on how to develop leaders, initiating career conversations, how to create a thriving company in an age of disruption, the importance of empowering employees to boost productivity and retention, and designing a world class career experience for an organization’s people.
The event concluded with Fuel50 recognizing the top people and organizations worldwide who are innovating career experiences.
