With the distinction of establishing itself as the first organization to achieve a Preferred Service Partner status under Ranplan’s Professional Program, Gabe’s Wireless Solutions has defined a new standard when designing for the complexities of architecturally diverse indoor and outdoor environments.
“We are excited about this partnership with Ranplan Wireless and the advantages of adding this advanced tool’s capabilities to the service offerings of our Gabe’s Wireless Solutions division,” states Matt Gabrielse, President of Gabe’s Construction. “With the addition of Ranplan, we have once again enhanced our ability to offer advanced engineering solutions by expanding our existing service portfolio of design, data collection, commissioning and testing of cellular and public safety networks.”
To establish itself as a Preferred Service Partner, Gabe’s Wireless Solutions has committed to uphold an advanced competency level with the use of the Ranplan solution, having had their design and engineering teams complete an intensive, instructor-led Ranplan certification program. With preferred status, Gabe’s will maintain an ongoing collaboration with Ranplan’s research and software development teams and regional leaders to formulate technical feedback for implementing advanced software features into its projects.
“We have found that service providers like Gabe’s Wireless Solutions are increasingly focused on both in-building coverage and densification in urban environments,” comments Alastair Williamson, CEO, Ranplan Wireless. “Ranplan Professional offers our service partners the world’s only RF planning solution that allows both in-building and dense outdoor networks to be designed and deployed in coordination with a high-level of accuracy.”
Ranplan’s solution is an all-in-one, heterogeneous network planning, optimization and simulation solution for Small Cells, DAS and Wi-Fi across indoor and outdoor environments, supporting 3G, 4G/LTE, 5G and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies. Ranplan provides true indoor/outdoor HetNet design capabilities with accurate modelling through true 3D ray-tracing. Its fast prediction run time and advanced building structure modelling, from floors and stairs to tunnels, offers its partners and the industry an alternative to traditional design software and delivers increased accuracy and efficiency.
“We are delighted that Gabe’s Wireless Solutions has invested in both our software and in achieving a high level of understanding of our solution capabilities,” adds Mr. Williamson. “Our relationship with Gabe’s is a critical step in our growth strategy of further penetrating the American marketplace.”
