At the annual Multifamily Affordable Housing (MAH) meeting in Chicago, Illinois on November 13, Greystone was bestowed with the highest number of recognitions to Fannie Mae’s Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS®) lenders, including:
- Induction into Fannie Mae’s MAH “Hall of Fame” for ranking number five in overall production over the last four years;
- Tied for the highest number of delegated Multifamily Affordable Housing loans in 2016-2017; and
- Third-highest-volume in Multifamily Affordable Housing loans for 2016.
