Company recognized for Excellence in Customer Service, Network Performance, Billing,
Voice Value, Sales Reps, and Service Delivery
CHICAGO, Oct. 24, 2016 -- Inteliquent, Inc. (Nasdaq:IQNT), a premier interconnection partner for communications service providers of all types, announced today that it received six ATLANTIC-ACM 2016 Metro Wholesale Service Provider Excellence Awards at this year’s INCOMPAS Show held in Dallas, Texas.
Competing against other service providers in the Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) category, metro wholesale buyers rated Inteliquent highest in Billing and Voice Value for the third year in a row, Sales Reps for the second year in a row, as well as first in Service Delivery and Customer Service. Inteliquent also tied for first place in Network Performance.
“We are proud to receive these six awards that recognize our high quality, reliable network and superior customer service,” said John Schoder, Inteliquent’s Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President. “The two-fold increase in our awards from last year is a testament to the dedicated, innovative and creative individuals who make up the Inteliquent team.”
This year’s award winners were selected based on survey results from more than 300 wholesale customers, generating over 1,200 ratings via the annual survey conducted by ATLANTIC-ACM as part of its Metro Wholesale Carrier Report Card.
“Inteliquent sets the bar high when it comes to customer service and network reliability, which is why so many carriers choose Inteliquent to connect hundreds of millions of calls every day,” said Fedor Smith, ATLANTIC-ACM’s President and Managing Partner. “By maintaining their top position in Billing, Voice Value and Sales Reps, as well as achieving first place in three new categories, they have solidified their position as a leader in the wholesale metro market.”
