Ivanka Trump’s sons probably missed home badly after spending some time with their granddad, President Donald Trump, at his Mar-A-Lago estate in Florida. Her two boys attempted to sneakily get off the Air Force One as soon as the plane that transported Ivanka and her family touched down on Washington DC.
Three-year-old Theodore James Kushner and his older brother six-year-old Joseph Frederick Kushner attempted to exit the plane after the Air Force One touched down on Washington DC on Sunday, Metro reported. Fortunately, the Secret Service quickly held both boys back and averted what would have been a “major parenting fail.”
Both Theodore and Joseph are Ivanka’s sons with her husband Kushner. Their eight-year-old daughter, Arabella Rose Kushner, was also traveling with her brothers but did not attempt to disembark the plane unsupervised.
The boys just giggled after they were held back by a secret service agent. One of the playful kids even attempted a cheeky bite on the agent’s arms. A photographer even captured the moment when the secret agent busted the young Theo
Ivanka even shared the photo on social media. “Theo busted attempting a stealth exit from AF1 last night while I was distracted prying melted M&Ms out of my daughters hands,” Ivanka Trump caption the photo, which was posted on her Instagram account.
She then thanked the Secret Service as well as the photographer who was able to document that hilarious moment. “Thanks to the US Secret Service I narrowly avoided a major parenting fail!” Ms. Trump added. “Hat tip to the eagle-eyed photographers who busted my boy in action.”
People loved Ivanka Trump’s post as well as Theo’s funny photo. “Love this so much!” an Instagram user commented, NDTV reported. “Thanks for keeping it real.”
President Donald Trump and his family spent the New Year at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida. He hosted a party for his political allies and close family friends.
Aside from Ivanka and her kids, Donald Trump’s son Barron and his wife Melania was on board the Air Force One as well. While still on the plane, the president threatened “major retaliation” if Tehran will avenge Soleimani’s death.
