Twice-divorced Jennifer Aniston may be one of Hollywood's most beloved stars, but when it comes to dating, the former Friends actress is keeping things completely under wraps. According to insiders, the 55-year-old beauty has taken a different approach to romance, opting for private dates within the comfort of her luxurious Bel-Air mansion rather than going out in public.
"Jennifer is extremely shy about going out in the dating scene and prefers staying at home, where she has full control over her environment," a source revealed to OK! Magazine. "She loves the privacy and security her mansion offers. She can control the lighting to flatter her skin, light her favorite candles, and even have her staff bring refreshments."
While Jennifer’s dating life has always been under the public microscope, her new strategy is all about minimizing pressure and scrutiny. "The intense public attention played a role in her second marriage to Justin Theroux falling apart," the source added. "Relationships are hard enough without having everyone stick their noses in your business."
Aniston, it seems, is far from the lonely figure the media often paints her to be. In fact, she reportedly has quite the “roster of guys” that she’s been seeing discreetly. “People think she’s this lonely spinster, but that’s just not true,” the insider snitched. “She’s been quietly auditioning new suitors and only introduces her favorites to her close friends.”
Rather than risking public attention by dining at her old favorite spots like the Sunset Tower, Jennifer is now focused on more intimate gatherings. “Sometimes, she’ll bring a date to a dinner party, but mostly, she prefers one-on-one time with them at home,” the source added. “It’s her new era of dating—on her terms.”
While none of these suitors have made her commit fully yet, those close to Aniston say she’s happier and more relaxed in this new chapter of her romantic life. “She’s done with letting the public dictate her relationships. This time, she’s setting all the rules,” the insider confirmed.
