Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux's divorce gets a lot of heat despite the couple's pre-emptive statement that the decision for their separation was mutual and civil. But it seems that Hollywood's gossip industry just loves having stories of former celebrity couples being horrible human beings to each other.
Rumors of Justin Theroux getting fewer Hollywood job deals have been circulating ever since his separation from Jennifer Aniston early this year. According to the stories, Theroux has even gone as far as pleading with Jennifer Aniston to “forgive” him in some way for the divorce as it is alleged that Aniston's close circle of Hollywood elites are avoiding him like the plague.
Gossip Cop debunks this rumor by pointing out that Justin Theroux is actually in a pretty comfortable place when it comes to his professional projects. The publication takes note of the fact that Justin Theroux will be starring with Olivia Munn – someone noted to be in Jennifer Aniston's circle – in the upcoming drama “Violet.”
The publication also points out that “Violet” is being helmed by Justine Bateman – sister of “Ozark” actor Jason Bateman, a close friend of Jennifer Aniston's. His work in the upcoming “Violet” is in addition to his recent voice work in “Bumblebee,” which is expected to be released before the year ends, as wells as his work as the titular Tramp in Disney's upcoming remake of “Lady and the Tramp.”
Fans of Justin Theroux do not have to worry about the actor's professional well-being being threatened by an allegedly spiteful Jennifer Aniston. The “The Spy Who Dumped Me” actor has no need to plead for his ex-wife's forgiveness because as the former couple has stated, they may have parted as a couple, but they still do cherish their friendship.
