Park Shin Hye and Lee Min Ho starred in “Heirs,” and it was reported that there would be a sequel to their popular drama. The duo’s team-up had been very successful, so the fans want them back together on screen. Will the fans wish to be granted via the “Heirs 2?”
The rumors that Park Shin Hye and Lee Min Ho will reunite for “Heirs 2” have intensified further because Bae Suzy’s ex-boyfriend is set to complete his military service soon. As mentioned on E! News, the actor is set to be discharged on April 25.
When he returns to civil life, Lee Min Ho is expected to start working on a project, and there were reports that he will star in a project opposite Park Shin Hye first. Supposedly, the two will relive their “Heirs” characters as Kim Tan and Cha Eun Sang through a sequel of their hit drama.
Then again, there is no confirmation or news that say “Heirs 2” is going into production. Fans may want it and had expressed this wish for years, but it does not mean that the producers have a plan to do it.
If “Heirs 2” is not happening, there is still a chance for Park Shin Hye and Lee Min Ho to work again together since there are other projects that they can do as a team. Incidentally, in case there will be “Heirs 2” the inclusion of Kim Woo Bin who played Choi Young Do in the original drama is uncertain for he had temporarily taken a break to treat his cancer.
Meanwhile, Park Shin Hye recently starred on tvN’s “Memories of the Alhambra” and her performance has been highly praised not just by the audience but her co-stars as well. In his guesting on the variety show called “Life Bar,” EXO’s Chanyeol said he was awed by the actress’ acting skills.
“She (Park Shin Hye) cried so realistically. She’s so good at acting, and I felt as if she were an acting machine,” he said. “She treated me well as if she were my real older sister, and I worried if that, too, was acting, since she’s so good at it.”
