NEW YORK, Feb. 25, 2016 -- MiT National Land Services (MiT), a large title insurance agency focused on both commercial and residential properties, today announced that former Lincoln Land senior sales executive Stephanie Lenti has joined the company as Vice President of Business Development. Ms. Lenti will help guide MiT’s development of new strategic partnerships and deepen existing relationships with top brokerage and law firms.
Lenti brings her unique background and years in the title industry to MiT. After studying, and earning, advanced degrees in Economics, she applied those skills to the title industry where she has been one of the leading producers in the New York Metropolitan area for a number of years, most recently at Lincoln Land. Lenti has developed very strong relationships with many of New York’s top real estate brokers and uses those relationships to help her attorney clients grow their practices.
“Stephanie understands that we are in a service business and that in order to succeed you need to work closely with your clients to help them reach their goals,” said MiT president and chief counsel Marc Israel. “She is widely credited with developing the template of developing broker relationships to drive business to her attorney clients which is something we have built an entire platform around here at MiT, including continuing education classes for brokers and lawyers. She is a perfect fit for us.”
Led by Israel, MiT has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing title insurance agencies on the East Coast. The company’s revenues have grown 350% since launching in August, 2014 and continue to expand at an accelerated rate. Representing three of the five leading underwriting agencies nationally—First American Title, Old Republic National Title, and Stewart Title—MiT has also quickly established a significant, and growing, national presence.
