Microsoft Surface Book 3 is getting more attention as details about it are revealed. It will most likely arrive with the Surface’s signature minimalistic design but with a thinner body and smoother bendable hinge. Definitely, improved parts and features for efficient usage is expected as well.
Microsoft Surface Book 3 is the latest edition of Microsoft’s Surface laptops, and like the machines that came before it, this third-gen device is expected to rival the other high-end laptops that will be released in the market. It will win the game if it comes packed with good features and functions that the users need and want.
What the users want in Microsoft Surface Book 3
It is certain that this new machine will have the best internal hardware such as Intel’s Ice Lake processor or the Whiskey Lake. Users also want to see Thunderbolt 3 as one of the ports for faster transferring of data.
The CPU could also use the quad-core 8th-gen Kaby Lake chips or the dual-core version. Both of them will guarantee faster workings of the machine and will provide more power to the Microsoft Surface Book 3 units.
Thunderbolt 3 is most commonly found in Apple’s Macbooks, but this will be a good addition to Microsoft Surface Book 3 too. Besides, many external hard drives and peripherals were designed to accommodate the Thunderbolt 3, so it will be easier for users if the upcoming Surface Book will also have this port for connectivity.
New sleek design
Aside from the black and red variants, Microsoft can add more subtle colors for the options. A slimmer body is already anticipated so the Microsoft Surface Book 3 must come with this build.
Price and release date
The price range for Microsoft Surface Book 3 may start at $1,200 for 13.5-inch screen and $2,500 for the 15-inch models. The price will also depend on how big the storage is, and it is obvious that the bigger the space, the higher the price. The release date for this machine was predicted to be in October although there is no announcement from the tech company yet.
