“NCIS”’ season 16 episode 11 is almost here and based on the promo teasers, Leroy Jethro Gibbs and his team are going to be disappointed due to an order that they will get regarding the case that they are currently investigating. Gibbs has been looking into a murder case and the investigation started in episode 10 titled “What Child Is This?”
However, the investigation has come to the attention of the Defense Secretary Wynn Crawford (Mitch Pileggi) and he immediately asked Gibbs to refrain from looking further into the case. At the same time, he ordered for agents McGee and Torres to be arrested for their participation in solving the crime.
“NCIS” season 16 episode 11 is called “Toil and Trouble” and its official synopsis reads: “United States Secretary of Defense Wynn Crawford shuts down Gibbs’ murder investigation and demands that Special Agents McGee and Torres be arrested for their actions in the case.”
As stated, Leroy Gibbs and his team are working hard to uncover the truths behind the killing of the retired military man named Jerome Murray. There seems to be more on the case than initially thought and based on the story plot of “NCIS” season 16 episode 11, the turn of events in the upcoming chapter will be more complicated.
In any case, “NCIS” season 16 episode 11 will feature a few guest stars. Aside from Mitch Pileggi, Angela E. Gibbs (Eden Penzance), Scott William Winters (Westley Clark), Katie Von Till (Pamela Juventas), Kasey Mahaffy (Dr. Patton Hartgrave) and Lauren Sweetser (Macy Grant) would make
“NCIS” season 16 episode 11 is set to return on Jan. 8, 2019 at 8 p.m. on CBS Network. This will be followed by episode 12 titled “The Last Link” which will air on Ja. 15, 2019 a the same time.
