Sierra Pacific has been serving homebuilders for more than 30-years. The launch of this division allows the organization to accelerate growth on a national level by providing builder focused mortgage solutions to the home building community. “By having a dedicated builder team, and combining innovative technology, a robust product suite, and builder specific fulfillment processes, we will be able to serve the needs of our homebuyers and homebuilders for years to come. Our process is not just different, it’s better,” says Jay Promisco, Senior Vice President of Retail Production.
With the emerging builder division, Sierra Pacific Mortgage hired two industry veterans to specifically support the new home construction teams; Diane Cimarusti-Galigher and Christopher MacNaughton.
Ms. Cimarusti joined Sierra Pacific Mortgage with more than 30 years in the industry. Most recently she was the Senior Vice President at BD Holdings and prior to that, she was the Senior Vice President – National Builder Division at Guaranteed Rate and Regional Manager at DHI Mortgage. Now, at Sierra Pacific Mortgage, Diane is taking on the role of Regional Builder Manager and will oversee builder accounts and in Southern California. On how she plans to approach her new role at Sierra Pacific Mortgage Diane said, “Our committed builder team will help our construction partners capture and close more sales.”
Christopher MacNaughton comes to the company with nearly two decades of mortgage lending expertise, having personally closed over 2,000 builder loans. Prior to Sierra Pacific Mortgage, he was the Regional Builder and Business Development Manager at New American Funding. As a new Regional Builder Manager, he will oversee builder accounts in Northern California. “I am excited to join Sierra Pacific and lead a builder centric team. Supporting relationships with our builder partners is going to be a rewarding experience,” said Christopher.
Additionally, Mike Seeley, a Builder Branch Manager, who was formally the West Coast Builder Manager for Guaranteed Rate, and Regional Manager for DHI, is currently working with several builders and generating partnerships. He brings a wealth of experience concentrated on finding mortgage solutions for new home buyers.
Finally, supporting the company’s builder efforts, the company is happy to have Chip Brown, a Business Development Manager focused on the east coast. Chip Brown has been fostering relationships with homebuilders along the east coast for over 25 years. Mr. Brown, who had been a past president of Raleigh Mortgage Bankers Association, is known for his new construction expertise, leadership and training events throughout North Carolina.
The company looks forward to the contributions of the new talent and is proud to be a leader in the homebuilding space.
