Louise Gillet de Chalonge has a Bachelor's degree from Aix-Marseille Université and a Master's degree from Sorbonne Université in biology and ecology. She gained research experience in various projects related to astrobiology, including at the French National Museum of Natural History and at the German Aerospace Center.
