“9-1-1” season 2 episode 7 is titled “Haunted” and it will be the series’s Halloween special. Although the story is spooky, there will still be some drama as the emergency responders deal with their own personal issues.
As per TV Guide, “9-1-1” season 2 episode 7’s synopsis reads: “Halloween finds the first responders racing to the rescue at a cemetery, a haunted hayride and a spooky Hollywood parade. Meanwhile, Maddie thinks she has received a 'ghost' call from a missing hiker. Hen finds herself facing with a life or death situation with the father who abandoned her and Eddie reconnects with his estranged wife.”
“9-1-1” season 2 episode 7 will feature Devin Kelley as its guest star. He will be joining the main cast members, who include Angela Bassett (Athena Grant), Peter Krause (Bobby Nash), Kenneth Choi (Howie Han), Rockmond Dunbar (Michael Grant) and Oliver Stark (Evan "Buck" Buckley).
Jennifer Love Hewitt has also joined the “9-1-1” season 2 episode 7 regular cast lineup. She replaces Connie Britton (Abby Clark) as the drama’s 911 operator. The actress will play Maddie, Buck’s sister who is starting her life over, The Hollywood Reporter reported.
Previously in “9-1-1,” a young novice journalist created a documentary about the emergency responders after they saved her. The firefighters are not sure if it was a good idea and Bobby is worried about what they will see in the film once it’s done.
Episode 6 also highlighted May’s homecoming dance, and her mother, Athena, as well as her dad, Michael, are preparing for the event. Athena and Michael’s co-parenting seems to work just fine but it is yet to be seen if they will still be able to do well as co-parenting partners in the upcoming episodes.
“9-1-1” season 2 episode 7 is set to air on Oct. 29 at 9 p.m. on FOX.
