ASUS and AMD are set to unveil a limited-edition Radeon RX 7000 graphics card themed after the upcoming Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 game. The highly anticipated GPU will debut at the ROG Gamescom 2024 event on August 20, promising exclusive designs and features.
ASUS Teams Up with AMD to Launch Limited-Edition Radeon RX 7000 GPU, Featuring Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2 Theme
ASUS is crafting a few limited-edition AMD Radeon RX 7000 graphics cards, a unique collaboration with the highly anticipated Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 game.
ASUS is recognized for its ability to provide graphics cards in various themes, including popular games and anime. The most recent additions are the ROG Evangelion and ROG Gundam series, part of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 & RTX 30 series family.
ASUS is currently in the process of developing a new graphics card that is structured around AMD's Radeon RX 7000 GPU family in collaboration with AMD. The Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2 theme, a highly anticipated AAA title set in the Warhammer 40K universe, will be featured on the new graphics card. This high-end product will have a design comparable to the TUF Gaming graphics cards, ensuring you get the best value for your money.
“As a special tribute to the Warhammer community, ASUS and AMD have joined forces with Focus Entertainment to create a limited-edition graphics card designed around the iconic 40k universe and Demetrian Titus, hero of Space Marine 2.
“Brothers and Sisters of the Imperium, take heed! The revered Space Marine 2 Collector’s Edition graphics card shall be revealed at the ROG Press Event at Gamescom 2024 on August 20. Behold, on August 23, we shall offer countless opportunities to lay claim to one of these revered cards and custom-themed gaming builds, alongside a plethora of other glorious spoils! Stay vigilant, for the full decrees will be proclaimed here on the auspicious date of August 23. Stand ready to join the fray!” Asus said.
Teaser Reveals ASUS Radeon RX 7000 Warhammer 40K GPU with Iconic Death Guard Design and Exclusive Features
The teaser video depicts the card with a blue shroud and three axial-tech fans, each with seven blades. The emblem of the 14th Legion, also known as the Death Guard, is located in the center. Additionally, white and red stripes flow through the center. The "Know No Fear" tagline is featured on one of the shorts and the ASUS TUF logo. In addition to the Space Marine II logo, the back design includes an ASUS x Warhammer 40,000 logo.
Although these are minor details, the device is substantial and should delight AMD enthusiasts and Space Marine 2 players. AMD has already announced that its Radeon GPUs are now included with a complimentary copy of Space Marine 2 and Unknown 9 Awakening, which is the best news.
“ROG is set to reveal the future of gaming with its newest innovations. Attendees will get an exclusive first look at the latest ROG gaming gear, including motherboards, CPUs, graphics cards, OLED monitors, and WiFi 7 routers. Additionally, we will showcase our all-new gaming mice, gaming keyboards, and audio gear, all designed to elevate gaming experiences to the next level,” Asus stated.
While ASUS has not disclosed numerous details regarding its AMD Radeon RX 7000 Space Marine 2 Limited Edition GPU, the company will reveal it at the ROG Gamescom 2024 event on August 20. In addition to its new Limited-Edition GPU, the manufacturer will introduce a variety of new motherboards, monitors, and peripherals, as well as $10,000 worth of ROG products that will be awarded as prizes.
