MALVERN, Pa., Aug. 10, 2017 -- Aclaris Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:ACRS), a dermatologist-led, biopharmaceutical company, today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 3,260,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $23.02 per share. The gross proceeds from the offering to Aclaris are expected to be $75.0 million. In addition, Aclaris has granted to the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 489,000 additional shares of common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount. The net proceeds from the offering to Aclaris are expected to be $70.3 million, after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses, but excluding any exercise of the underwriters’ option. The offering is expected to close on or about August 16, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions.
Jefferies LLC and Leerink Partners LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. William Blair & Company, L.L.C., Guggenheim Securities, LLC, and JMP Securities LLC are acting as co-managers for the offering.
