NEW YORK, April 19, 2018 -- Ambac Financial Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:AMBC), a holding company whose subsidiaries, including Ambac Assurance Corporation, provide financial guarantees, today announced that it will release first quarter 2018 earnings on May 8, 2018 following the close of the market.

On May 9, 2018 at 8:30am (ET), Claude LeBlanc, President and Chief Executive Officer, and David Trick, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will discuss first quarter 2018 results during a live conference call.
