GALVESTON, Texas, April 27, 2018 -- The Board of Directors of American National Insurance Company (NASDAQ:ANAT) declared a quarterly dividend of 82 cents per share on its common stock CUSIP #028591-105, at a meeting held on April 27, 2018. In compliance with NASDAQ’s applicable dividend notice requirements, the dividend is payable June 15, 2018 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 1, 2018 with an ex-dividend date to be determined by the NASDAQ Stock Market, anticipated to be May 30, 2018. American National Insurance Company has paid dividends to stockholders for more than 100 consecutive years.
