NEW YORK, March 20, 2017 -- Amper Music - the artificial intelligence solution for original music composition - empowers video content creators to produce original music for their videos through a custom panel for Adobe® Premiere® Pro CC. Amper launched the solution at SXSW as part of the 2017 SXSW Hackathon, on March 14 in Austin, TX. With the Amper Music panel in Adobe Premiere Pro, music can be placed directly in the timeline within the editing workflow. Using the Destination Publishing feature in Adobe Media Encoder, completed videos can be distributed directly to social media channels, allowing content creators to connect directly with their audiences.
On the heels of last week’s launch out of beta, Amper will also unveil its open API, allowing professionals, consumers and prosumers alike to create and customize music within a single platform, without having any background music.
“14B videos are viewed on Facebook and Snapchat every day. Amper's API makes it possible for every single one of those videos to have original music created in a matter of seconds, all within each app’s existing ecosystem,” says Drew Silverstein, CEO & cofounder of Amper Music. “We are proud to offer our solution for Adobe Premiere Pro – allowing video editors to leverage Amper for more efficient and affordable production. And with our open API, we can move forward towards other platforms.
Amper recently announced the raise of a $4M seed round from Foundry Group, Kiwi Venture Partners, & Advancit Capital, led by Two Sigma Ventures with previous financing from Brooklyn Bridge Ventures.
Download information for the Amper Music panel for Adobe Premiere Pro CC is available on the Adobe Add-ons store, or by clicking Browse Add-ons under the Window menu in Premiere Pro. For more information, visit https://www.ampermusic.com/
