Amphenol Corporation agreed to acquire AdvancedPCB Holdings, LLC, a circuit board maker, and expects the business to generate about $270 million in sales for full-year 2026.
The seller, Industrial Growth Partners (IGP), said the agreement is subject to U.S. regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions. After closing, AdvancedPCB would join Amphenol’s Harsh Environment Solutions segment. Amphenol expects to complete the acquisition in the fourth quarter of 2026.
Amphenol put the combined purchase price for AdvancedPCB, Dexgreen, Empire Electronics and Humanetics Sensors at about $1.6 billion, to be financed with cash on hand and debt. The company did not disclose a standalone price for AdvancedPCB. It said Empire Electronics was acquired in early September 2026 and that it had signed definitive agreements for AdvancedPCB, Dexgreen and Humanetics Sensors.
IGP said AdvancedPCB was founded in 1977 and is headquartered in Aurora, Colorado, with six U.S. facilities. The firm said the company serves defense, aerospace and industrial markets. Amphenol described AdvancedPCB as a maker of high-technology circuit boards for defense and industrial markets. IGP’s description also includes aerospace, and neither company provided a sales breakdown by market.
IGP acquired AdvancedPCB in October 2021 alongside members of its management team and outside co-investors. During its ownership, IGP worked with management on organic growth and add-on acquisitions, while investing in manufacturing capacity, automation, assembly, technology and staff. The firm said AdvancedPCB’s performance improved but did not give a financial measure of that change.
AdvancedPCB CEO Greg Halvorson said, “We look forward to building on this momentum as part of Amphenol.” IGP Managing Partner Eric Heglie said the firm wished AdvancedPCB “continued success.”
