Argentina’s Comisión Nacional de Valores (CNV) said its president, Roberto E. Silva, spoke on three panels at the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) conference, where sessions covered digital-asset regulation and cross-border compliance.
NYSBA’s program listed the conference in Buenos Aires for Oct. 21-23. The CNV said discussions also addressed broader questions of global regulation and governance.
