Asian markets continue to trade lower, gold stable above $1,360

Major Asian indices are trading on a lower note on Wednesday. The big event for the day is U.S. ADP job results. Gold and silver are trading marginally lower around $1,362 and $20.62 marks respectively.

Japan’s Nikkei 225 was trading 0.86 percent lower at 16,249 points.

South Korea’s Kospi was trading 0.72 percent lower at 2,004.21 points.

Shanghai composite index to open down 0.3 pct at 2,963.21 points and China's CSI300 index to open down 0.3 pct at 3,179.68 points.

Hong Kong’s Hang seng was trading 1.68 percent lower at 21,761.15 points.

Australia's S&P/ASX 200 was trading 1.03 percent lower at 5,483 points.
