Asian markets mixed, gold falls around 1 pct to $1,205

All the major Asian indices were trading on a mixed note on the last working day of the week. Gold and silver were trading marginally lower. Gold was trading around $1,208 marks and silver was trading around $16.58 marks.

South Korea’s Kospi was trading 0.26 percent lower at 1,975.16 points.

Tokyo's Nikkei was trading 0.74 percent higher at 17,994.58 points.

Shanghai composite index to open flat at 3,207.19 points and China's CSI300 index to open flat at 3,437.49 points.

Hong Kong's Hang Seng was trading 0.10 percent higher at 22,285.26 points.

Australia's S&P/ASX 200 was trading 0.15 percent higher at 5,346.20 points.

India’s NSE Nifty was trading around 0.26 percent lower at 8,058.10 points and BSE Sensex was trading at 0.16 percent lower at 26,186.56 points.
