Ms. Borden has more than 18 years of association management experience and has been with Associa Minnesota since 2011. She has advanced her career through multiple positions that she has held at Associa, from senior manager to director of community management and finally, vice president. She is currently serving as president of the board of directors for the Community Associations Institute – Minnesota chapter. Ms. Borden has also chaired the CAI-MN Community Association Volunteers and Leaders Committee and continues to be committed to the education and training of community managers, association leaders and volunteers.
