The hour-long program, created by the Hawaii Council of Community Associations, premiered on March 24 and can be seen live online every Thursday at 3 p.m.
"The purpose of the show is to educate and discuss issues related to good condominium association governance and will target both owners and directors," says Emery. "We'll feature industry experts and cover a wide range of topics focused on the community management industry."
Emery holds the Community Associations Institute (CAI) designation of Reserve Specialist®, one of only a few in the U.S. He has been in the community management industry for 20 years and has been successful in developing relationships with key legislators in Hawaii earning him the reputation as a respected resource regarding legislation impacting community associations in the state.
