Officials in three Russian regions reported four deaths and five injured industrial workers Sunday, as a missile strike in Yelets added a new fatality to earlier reports from Belgorod.

Lipetsk region Gov. Igor Artamonov said a Ukrainian missile hit an industrial zone in Yelets, killing a security guard and injuring a paramedic. He said the guard worked at a facility in the zone but did not identify it. Artamonov said the paramedic was hospitalized. Reuters said it could not independently verify his account.

Belgorod regional Gov. Alexander Shuvayev reported two deaths and 13 injuries in Belgorod city. Local authorities reported one more death and one injury in a village near Shebekino, bringing the region’s reported death toll to three. Reuters described the Belgorod and Perm incidents as Ukrainian drone attacks.

Perm region Gov. Dmitry Makhonin said a drone attack damaged an industrial facility and injured five workers. He said the injured workers received care and emergency crews remained at the facility. Makhonin did not describe the damage. Reuters reported no immediate comment from Ukraine after the Yelets strike.

EconoTimes earlier reported the Belgorod deaths and Perm injuries.
