Delaware Basin Project Advances According to Schedule
The West Texas project commenced in early 2017 and is on schedule to be operational at the end of the first quarter of 2018. The central processing facilities (CPF) are currently in the construction phase of execution and are proceeding with an impressive safety and quality record. When completed, the two new 200 MMSCFD CPFs will include four 400 GPM amine units and four TEG dehydration units. In addition, each facility included the installation of 10 compressor packages (Ariel-CAT) for a total of 75,000 HP of compression with a total flow rate of 400 MMSCFD.
Modularized Approach
The facility execution and installation model are based on a modularized approach for standard packages and pipe rack modules to allow for expedited delivery with decreased construction durations. Each facility is a greenfield site and includes all major equipment and auxiliary balance of plant equipment and E/I infrastructure.
Scope of Work
Audubon Companies scope of work includes project management, procurement, detailed engineering & design, process safety, construction management & inspection, and commissioning & start-up.
Talal El Awar, Project Director of Audubon Companies, said:
