Aurobindo Pharma and Balkrishna Industries have named Nov. 11 as the record date for their interim dividends, adding two corporate actions to investor calendars as India approaches its Nov. 8 Muhurat trading session.
Aurobindo’s Nov. 4 filing sets the dividend at ₹7 for each share, which has a ₹1 face value. That equals 700% of face value. The company said payment would be made on or before Nov. 20. Livemint’s Nov. 7 article cited ₹11 per share, while Aurobindo’s filing specifies ₹7.
Balkrishna Industries declared a second interim dividend of ₹4 per equity share for fiscal 2026-27. Its shares have a face value of ₹2, and the company’s record-date notice also names Nov. 11. The board outcome says payment is due within 30 days of the Nov. 4 declaration.
Livemint also reported that Ravi Singh, chief research officer at Master Capital Services, recommended Aurobindo, Balkrishna and Mahindra & Mahindra for Samvat 2083. The publication attributed potential 12-month upside estimates of 13%, 14% and 25%, respectively, to Singh. It said his rationale included earnings visibility and valuations, alongside a long-term approach. Singh told Livemint that Muhurat trading should favor a “quality-first” strategy. EconoTimes has also covered Monarch’s Samvat 2083 stock recommendations.
The National Stock Exchange of India Limited has scheduled Muhurat trading for Sunday, Nov. 8. Its circular lists multiple stages, with market closing times varying for securities covered by a closing auction and other securities. EconoTimes previously covered the date of the 2026 Muhurat session. Both companies’ record dates follow the session, on Nov. 11.
