Fans have been looking forward to the first look at “Avengers 4” that they were rumored to get this week, but they are destined for disappointment. No sign of any such clip came out except for the new “Captain Marvel” promo and fans are going insane with anticipation. As a result, they have taken to social media to air their grievances that they have inflicted upon themselves.
There are several aspects to the “Avengers 4” trailer rumors going around that needs to be unpacked. The first of these is the fact that Marvel has not made any official announcement as to when the trailer would drop. All of the dates that fans have been watching out for, so far, have been results of rumors and speculations. With this being the case, any disappointment that fans feel right now is self-inflicted.
Rumors that the first “Avengers 4” trailer will not contain the title of the movie have also been going around. This has yet to be officially confirmed and would not exactly be an issue for those who are planning to watch the movie, to begin with. It’s guaranteed that the title will be revealed, by then.
On that note, it could be possible that Marvel is trolling fans and have been spreading rumors about when the “Avengers 4” trailer would come out in order to increase hype. It certainly wouldn’t be above the company to use the internet as an effective marketing tool. Once the clip finally drops, there will be so much relief and anticipation that it will increase the sales of tickets even more.
“Avengers 4” will be coming to theatres on April 26, 2019. That is a lot of time for Marvel to provide fans with plenty of hype materials. Perhaps fans might want to just sit back and wait before they pull a muscle?
