Aviation Capital Group LLC (ACG) committed to 75 aircraft in Airbus' A320neo Family, with deliveries planned for 2032-35. ACG says it plans to use the aircraft to meet airline fleet replacement and growth needs.

The agreement lets the lessor change its selection among variants in the family. ACG characterized the purchase as the biggest in its history, which spans nearly four decades. Rob Downes, the company's chief OEM officer, said the contract adds aircraft deliveries to ACG's schedule through 2035.

ACG said its outstanding orders for the A320neo Family will total 115 after the deal. The company reported a fleet of 118 aircraft from the family as of June 30, 2026. The figures refer to future orders and the reported fleet, respectively.

Airbus said the new order would bring ACG's cumulative orders for the family to 190. That historical total is distinct from ACG's 115 outstanding orders. Airbus said its relationship with ACG began in 2007, when the lessor placed its first order with the manufacturer.

The A320 Family includes the A320neo and A321neo. Airbus says the family has received more than 20,400 orders worldwide, a count covering customers across the family rather than ACG alone.

ACG says its portfolio strategy emphasizes newer narrowbody aircraft that it considers in demand globally. The announcements did not specify a purchase price, the allocation among variants or the engine selection. Deliveries are scheduled across the 2032-35 window, with no individual handover dates given.
