The conference, in Irvine, California, takes place August 22-24, 2017. At booth #212, B. Braun will showcase the full line of the Flexima 3S® ostomy products, including:
- A high-performance filter and a guiding system designed for security
- Roll’Up Drainable Pouches with an integrated soft roll-up outlet
- B. Braun High Output System, including the High Output Pouch and Flow Collector with a 2-liter collection bag and 5-foot-long white tubing
- Urostomy Pouches with an open/closed tap with tactile feel drain
In addition to exhibiting its Flexima® products at the conference, B. Braun will preview its myostoSM education and support program for those living with or supporting someone with an ostomy.
“The myosto program will offer support and education for new ostomates and caregivers, as they learn to embrace a new beginning or continue to adjust to living with an ostomy,” said Jeff Straton, Director of New Business Development at B. Braun Medical. “We look forward to learning from the attendees at UOAA to help evolve our plans for myosto.”
For patients from pre-surgery to many years post-ostomy, the soon-to-be-launched myosto program also will offer information, support, and resources. The program will include a website, toll-free contact numbers, and an Ambassador Program.
