A U.S. recall covers about 29,000 Baby Brezza SuperFast Sterilizer Dryers after overheating and melting reports raised a burn risk, with consumers offered free replacements.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced the recall Nov. 5, 2026. It covers models BRZ0083, BRZ0154 and BRZ0156 in the United States. Their model numbers appear on labels on the underside of each unit. The CPSC warns that touching a dryer while it is operating could cause a burn.

The agency said Baby Brezza had received 32 reports of overheating or melted plastic housings, with no injuries reported. Health Canada said the company had received 20 incident reports in Canada and 32 in the U.S. as of Oct. 29, 2026, with no injuries reported in either country. The Canadian sales counts differ: Health Canada said the company reported 6,001 affected units sold there, while the CPSC estimated about 4,500.

In the U.S., the dryers were sold from January 2024 through October 2026 for $160 to $180 at TJ Maxx and Marshall’s stores nationwide and through babybrezza.com, target.com and babylist.com. The countertop appliance uses push-button controls to sterilize and dry bottles, breast pump parts and accessories in a 10-minute cycle.

Consumers should stop using an affected dryer, turn it off and unplug it, the CPSC said. Baby Brezza offers a free replacement, including shipping, and says no receipt is required. Its recall page identifies the replacement as the SuperQuick 10 Minute Sterilizer Dryer Black. U.S. owners can register with the company, call 888-527-9824 or email recall@babybrezza.com. The U.S. phone line operates Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time.

The CPSC's process includes cutting the power cord and submitting photos. Baby Brezza tells registrants to wait for an email with a return authorization and next steps before disposing of a unit.
