Wallets linked to Binance recorded a $1.822 billion net inflow in the 24 hours to around 4:29 a.m. ET Tuesday (09:29 UTC), amid phased withdrawal restoration after a security breach.

The tracked wallets held $127.699 billion at that moment. The balance measures assets in the wallets at the time of the snapshot; the net inflow measures the difference between transfers entering and leaving them over the preceding 24 hours. It does not describe a single deposit.

Binance began restoring withdrawals in phases on Nov. 1 after the breach. Access depended on the asset and network, and the exchange said it would bear the financial cost of stolen funds.

By 10 p.m. ET Monday (03:00 UTC Tuesday), hourly deposits were exceeding withdrawals, Binance said in a later update. That update covered a shorter period than the 24-hour wallet reading, so the figures are not directly comparable.

Binance said it would restore further withdrawal access after security checks and publish a report when its investigation is complete.
