Binance sent 100 million Tether USDt (USDT) to an unidentified wallet on Nov. 4, marking a second transfer of the same size in two days, though the entries do not show the exchange’s overall net flows.

Another 100 million USDT movement was recorded on Nov. 2. The earlier transfer was also sent to an unidentified wallet.

The entries record 200 million USDT in outbound transfers across Nov. 2 and Nov. 4. The entries list outbound transfers only, so they do not establish Binance’s net USDT movement over that interval.
