Bitquery's Oct. 31 analysis located about 68.15 million Core (CORE) in wallets it linked to attackers in the b14g staking-protocol exploit, recording the holdings it found.
b14g put the amount drained at 97 million CORE.
In earlier coverage of the protocol drain, b14g said exchanges had frozen about nine million CORE linked to the attacker.
That frozen amount does not establish how much CORE was recovered or the incident's final net loss.
b14g said Bitcoin (BTC) staking through its protocol remained unaffected and that it suspended contract activity in response to the drain.
