PITTSBURGH, May 03, 2018 -- Black Box Corporation (NASDAQ:BBOX) today unveiled its new website, bboxservices.com. The new site will enable Black Box’s Commercial Services and Government Solutions business units to position their best-in-class solutions and services portfolios globally and separately from the Technology Products Solutions business unit of Black Box.
The new website offers users quick and easy access to essential information and features that provide a more comprehensive understanding of the Company's capabilities that enable businesses to digitally transform at the intelligent digital edge.
The clean, uncluttered design, improved functionality, and enhanced rich content focuses on Black Box’s ability to provide enterprises across multiple industries with leading Unified Communications and Collaboration, Wireless Mobility, Structured Cabling, and Edge Services. Black Box’s global footprint and deep bench of skilled technicians allow the Company to design, deploy, and manage intelligent digital edge solutions that provide consistent user experiences across multiple locations at scale—regardless of the amount of technology deployed.
“The new site highlights our service delivery solutions for both the Commercial and Governmental markets. These solutions, built around our intelligent digital edge strategy, are the largest and fastest growing part of our overall business. This will give our customers the ability to easily navigate between our Technology Products Solutions business and our global services business depending upon their needs. This launch is another step as we strive to become a leading global provider of technology services, solutions and products,” states Joel Trammell, CEO and President of Black Box.
The newly launched website is just the beginning of a multi-step roll out. “The future-state of bboxservices.com will enable us to sell services such as Day 2 Support and Project Services online—making it easy for our current and future customers to get world-class services with the click of a button. In addition, we will be rolling out our Commercial Services international websites in the next ninety days,” said Doug Oathout, Senior Vice President, Commercial Services Marketing for Black Box Commercial Services.
Black Box Commercial Services’ new website will be updated on a regular basis with news of product launches, business activity, corporate milestones, events, and more. Visitors are encouraged to explore the website and sign up for direct emails from the Company at bboxservices.com.
Black Box Technology Products Solutions will remain at the Company’s founding website, blackbox.com, where customers can find a wide range of award-winning products including the recently introduced Emerald™ Unified KVM Platform. It is the first-ever converged KVM solution that supports both IP and direct connections, physical and virtual desktops and servers, and mixed resolutions up to UHD/4K.
