Zenon is back fighting after the Magic Knights attack the Spade Kingdom in an attempt to rescue Yami and William Vangeance. The battle ended in a cliffhanger that showed this member of the Dark Triad facing off with Yuno and Langris Vaude.
Chapter recap
In the last chapter 276, titled “Boreas,” Zenon was really caught by surprise when he saw Yuno, who he thinks is already dead. As if reading the villain’s mind, Yuno then explained that he lived because of Vangeance’s spell that proved to have great power.
Yuno knows about Zenon’s Bone Magic that allows him to get healed fast. The speedy regeneration process simply makes any attack on Zenon’s body useless, but despite knowing this, Yuno still attacked him with his Wind Magic. The Dark Triad member can only humiliate Yuno with his power, and so Langris quickly joins in and used his Archangel's Crash.
Zenon was surprised with Langris’ spatial magic and because he was totally impressed, he said that if he didn’t exist, Langris would certainly be the best spatial mage. Langris then challenged the villain with Spatial Magic: Archangel's Destruction. As a response, Zenon let out his Spatial Mana Domination and declared that he will kill all the Magic Knights without even trying too hard.

In the upcoming “Black Clover” chapter 277, it was predicted that Noelle will also appear and fight with Vanica. Since Yuno is also in the Spade Kingdom already, Asta is expected to finally show up after completing his next level of training with Liebe.
“Black Clover” chapter 277 may show match-ups between the knights and the devils of the Spade Kingdom. Dante will also be fighting again and it could be against Asta if he will be able to come while the battle is still at the peak.

Finally, “Black Clover” chapter 277 will surely reveal what will happen to Zenon as he fights with Yuno and Langris. Yami and Vangeance also need to appear but fans still have to wait until Jan. 3, 2021, to know the exact scenarios that the devils and knights will be in.
