A release attributed to Bluerock High Income Institutional Credit Fund said Oct. 15 that its third-quarter 2026 annualized distribution rate was 8.1%, down from 8.5% in Q2, with a smaller expected payout for full-quarter investors.

The release described the payment as the Fund’s 17th consecutive regular quarterly distribution and estimated about $0.45 per share for shareholders invested throughout the quarter. The Fund’s Q2 announcement listed a distribution of approximately $0.47 per share. The Q3 rate is calculated by annualizing that quarter’s distribution and dividing by net asset value (NAV) as of Sept. 30, 2026.

The release also put cumulative distributions at approximately $10.67 per share since the Fund began on June 21, 2022. It said the quarterly amount may change as the Fund’s investments perform.

As of Sept. 30, the Fund reported positions in 104 collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), with aggregate underlying loan value of about $48.7 billion and exposure to more than 1,350 senior secured loans. It also reported about $168 million in assets under management.

The Fund’s SEC-filed prospectus describes it as a non-diversified, closed-end interval fund that invests directly or indirectly in senior secured loans, including through CLO tranches. Its shares do not trade on a national securities exchange, and the prospectus says no secondary market exists. Quarterly repurchase offers may cover 5% to 25% of outstanding shares, with the board setting the offer size.

The release said contractual limits on net annual operating expenses run through at least Jan. 31, 2027. The caps are 2.10% for Class A, 2.85% for Class C and 1.85% for Class I, subject to possible recoupment. It also said the adviser continues to waive its incentive fee voluntarily.
