WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., May 02, 2018 -- Comvest Credit Partners (“Comvest”) has acted as Administrative Agent and Lender for a $125.0 million senior secured credit facility (the “Financing”) to Acima Credit, LLC, (“Acima” or the “Company”). Acima provides creative alternatives to retail customers that cannot secure traditional financing through a proprietary point-of-sale technology platform. The Financing was used to retire existing debt and support growth initiatives.
