Bordeaux’s Riot Skateshop is partnering with Nike SB for a Dunk Low collaboration, featuring a wine-inspired colorway to celebrate the shop’s 20th anniversary. Meanwhile, the Nike Air Max Plus debuts in a cotton candy gradient, set to release soon.
Riot Skateshop Celebrates 20 Years with Wine-Inspired Nike SB Dunk Low Collaboration in 2025
The Olympic Games in Paris may have concluded, but France remains a central hub for sneaker collaborations as Nike SB continues to work with local partners on exciting new projects. In a first look shared by @masterchefian, Riot Skateshop is teaming up with Nike SB to release a Dunk Low collaboration, celebrating the shop’s 20th anniversary in the industry.
The official color palette for the collaboration includes Mahogany, Dark Beetroot, Team Red, Sail, and Night Maroon, all featured prominently in the revealed images. The choice of hues is likely a nod to Riot’s roots in Bordeaux, a region famous for its wine production. Despite the predominantly red color scheme, a dark teal base on the underlays and tongue adds contrast. Riot Skateshop’s signature logo, featuring a resting dog, replaces the standard Nike SB label, while “RIOT” appears instead of “NIKE” on the right heel tab. Cork-lined insoles provide extra comfort and further emphasize the wine-inspired theme.
Though the exact release date remains unknown, this collaboration is slated for a Spring 2025 launch, suggesting a drop in the year's first quarter.
In other SB news, a first look at the Nike SB Dunk Low “Saturn Gold” from the Orange Label has recently surfaced.
Nike Air Max Plus Returns with Ocean-Inspired Gradient Design and Upcoming Cotton Candy Colorway
Meanwhile, the Air Max Plus remains a standout in Nike’s lifestyle lineup, mainly due to a strategic re-release of original colorways and high-profile collaborations with Patta and One Block Down. According to Sneaker News, the latest version features an ocean-inspired gradient design, blending blue tones into light purple near the lace collar, reminiscent of the sky just before nightfall. The soft blue TPU overlays are paired with a black base along the mudguard, outsole, and tongue, creating a striking contrast.
For Air Max Plus fans looking to expand their collection, this release is expected to arrive soon on nike.com with a retail price of $175.
