‘Boruto: Naruto Next Generations’ Episode 80: Mitsuki Meets Lord Ku After Assassinating Hidden Stone Village’s Leader?

Boruto.ForneverWorld/YouTube

“Boruto: Naruto Next” Generations Episode 80 promises to be one of the more interesting episodes in the ongoing Mitsuki arc, with the missing ninja potentially meeting with his supposed captor. This would be after he basically electrocuted Boruto and declared his intentions to betray the Hidden Leaf village. The meeting could also take place after Lord Ku assassinates the leader of the Hidden Stone village.

As TheAnimeScrolls notes, “Boruto: Naruto Next” Generations Episode 80 will involve an attack on the Tsuchikage of the Hidden Stone village by Lord Ku himself. This will occur after it was shown that she was taking care of Onoki, who was the previous leader of the village. Fans will likely be familiar with this old ninja from the great ninja wars of the prequels.

In any case, it isn’t known if Lord Ku will actually succeed in his ambush on the Tsuchikage. The female ninja is quite skilled in her own right, after all, and this is a shonen anime. The number of deaths that can occur in this series would be fairly limited. Whatever the case may be, what happens after will be of more import in “Boruto: Naruto Next” Generations Episode 80 in terms of the story.

There is a possibility that Lord Ku will finally meet up with Mitsuki in the episode, OtakuKart notes. Whether it happens before or after his attempted assassination of the Tsuchikage could dramatically change the story structure. Of course, there is no guarantee that a meeting between these two would even occur in “Boruto: Naruto Next” Generations Episode 80.

If Mitsuki does end up meeting with Lord Ku, however, things could unravel fast. Perhaps the answers as to why the Orochimaru clone was needed would finally be revealed. Fans will need to wait for “Boruto: Naruto Next” Generations Episode 80 to air on Nov. 4 to find out, either way.
